Refunds

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please take a photo within 7 days of purchase and email us with your order number at hello@slather.com.au.

Once a refund has been confirmed please allow 14 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account. Refunds do not include original shipping costs and cannot be made for products that have been used. We cannot refund original shipping costs.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors or product satisfaction, as everyone's skin is different.
